Jun 16, 2007: Walleye Launch
Join us for our annual Walleye Launch on Lake Mille Lacs. This year's launch is out of Twin Pines Resort on Saturday, June 16th, 2007. Launch leaves shore promptly at 4:00 p.m. and returns to shore at 10:00 p.m. Cost is $25.00 per person, which includes the launch, poles, bait, hotdogs, chips, snacks and pop. Twin Pines is located on 7827 US Hwy 169, Garrison, MN 56450. Located just two hours north on the Twin Cities on US Hwy 169 (mile marker 232). 1.5 miles south of Garrison. There will be a carpool leaving Horizons Community Church at 2:00 p.m. SHARP. Poles will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Boats are covered, but rain gear is encouraged. Dress for the elements, once the sun goes down, so does the temperature. Those 16 and older need a valid MN fishing license.
