Horizons Community Church is located in Ham Lake, MN, just north of the Twin Cities.
The Hunting and Fishing Ministry of Horizons started in the early part of 2003 to reach men and women who might not normally attend church, or who thought maybe there wasn't anything there to which they could relate.
Maybe they weren't believers, but they were hunters or anglers or just liked being out in the field or on a lake.
Us too. Only, we also believe.
We believe Jesus Christ made the ultimate sacrifice and died on the cross for us, for our sins. He died for every one of us -- those that can catch fish and those that can't. Those that get the big buck and those of us who talk about the one that got away.
We just don't want anyone to "get away" without knowing God's love and amazing grace.
So our mission fields are also our passions.
